In this work, nanoparticles of lithium doped nickel oxide (NiO) were synthesized by common wet chemistry methods like precipitation, ultrasonic spray pyrolysis and flame spray pyrolysis methods. Synthesized nanoparticles were employed in fully metal oxide mesoscopic perovskite based solar cells.
