Written documents were also examined to obtain more detailed data. While the quantitative data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, the qualitative data were examined via content analysis. The results revealed that the English Language program implemented at Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program was mostly served for its purpose. Findings suggested that some physical conditions could be enhanced and the content of some courses could be revised for the improvement of the program.
