Bu projede Türkiye'nin özel şartlarını da dikkate alarak bilgisayar destekli bir üretim ve finansman planlaması sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Üretim ve finansman planlaması kararlarının entegrasyonu, özellikle enflasyonlu ortamların daha gerçekçi olarak modellenmesine imkan verir. Sistem, otomatik veri girişi, inceleme ve silme seçeneklerini sağlamakta, belirli formatlarda veri dosyaları hazırlamakta, sistemin içine yerleştirilmiş bütünleşik üretim ve finansman planlaması modeli için en iyi çözümü bulmakta ve çeşitli amaçlar için kullanılabilecek anlaşılır ve kullanımı kolay raporlar hazırlamaktadır. Bazı model parametrelerinin firmanın üretim ve finansman planlaması kararları üzerindeki etkisini incelemek amacıyla çeşitli senaryolar yaratmak da mümkündür. Proje siparişe yönelik üretim yapan bir firmada gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öncelikle firmadaki mevcut durum incelenmiş ve sorunların belirlenmesine çalışılmıştır. Daha sonra bilgisayar sistemi bu sorunlara cevap verecek şekilde geliştirilmiştir. Bu uygulamada elde edilen veriler bütün sistemin çalıştırılmasında örnek veri olarak kullanılmıştır.
