We study the decay width and CP asymmetry of the inclusive process b --> sgg (g denotes gluon) in the three and two Higgs doublet models with complex Yukawa couplings. We analyze the dependencies of the differential decay width and CP asymmetry to the s-quark energy E-s and CP violating parameter theta. We observe that there exist a considerable enhancement in the decay width and CP asymmetry is at the order of 10(-2). Further, it is possible to predict the sign of C-7(eff) using the CP asymmetry.

We study the differential branching ratio, the branching ratio and the forward-backward asymmetry for exclusive B-s --> phil(+)l(-) decay in the two Higgs doublet model. We study the effect of one universal extra dimension on the branching ratios of the lepton flavor violating processes mu --> egamma and tau --> mugamma in the general two Higgs doublet model. We analyze the annihilation cross section of the Dark Matter which interacts with the Standard Model sector over the scalar unparticle propagator. We observe that the annihilation cross section of the dark matter pair is sensitive to the dark matter mass and the scaling dimension of scalar unparticle. We estimate a range for the dark matter mass and the scaling dimension of scalar unparticle by using the current dark matter abundance.
