One of the contributions of information and communication technologies for face to face education is to provide additional way of communication between teacher and students. Particularly, the Internet enables to do some activities out of class. Although this web supported activities has been widely used, it has raised further queries about how to make the best use of the Internet technically and pedagogically. Mostly, assignments and feedbacks are being exchanged on the Internet. The feedback which is one of the main parts of learning cycle is given in written format for both online or paper based assignments. Communication and data transfer speed make it easier to send voice feedback as a sound file or other methods. The aim of this study is to determine the effects of feedback formats (Written vs. Voice records) on student satisfaction in blended learning environment. In order to fulfill the aim, different feedback formats were provided to randomly assigned groups on for four weeks. Learning and satisfaction differences between groups were compared statistically. Results show that students have higher satisfactory level with voice feedback. Moreover preparation of voice feedback takes less time but requires more motivation and special environment.
