Bir devlet kurumunda ISO 9002 eğitimine yönelik tutumların belirleyicileri ve boyutları

Bu çalışmada, örgüte yönelik tutumlar ile Türkiye’deki bir devlet kurumunda verilen ISO 9002 eğitim programına yönelik tutumlar arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Çalışmaya kurumun her düzeyinden 172 kişi katılmıştır. Sorular yazarın danışmanlığında geniş çaplı bir kurum anketinin parçası olarak hazırlanmıştır. Bireylerin kurum yaşamının farklı boyutlarına yönelik algıları ile ilgili maddelerine uygulanan faktör analizi sonucunda altı boyut bulunmuştur. Bunlar sırasıyla; genel doyum, işe bağlılık, ücret ile ilgili doyum, fi ziksel çevre ile ilgili doyum, beceri kullanımı ve iş stresidir. Buna ilaveten ankette kurumun hizmetiçi eğitimine ve ISO 9002 eğitimine yönelik sorular da yer almıştır ve bu sorulara uygulanan faktör analizi sonucu iki faktör elde edilmiştir. Bu faktörler “algılanan bilgi yeterliği” ve “algılanan yararlılık”tır. Ayrıca, hizmetiçi eğitime yönelik tutumlarla ilgili maddeler “eğitime karşı tutum” değişkeni olarak ele alınmıştır. Faktör analizleri sonucu elde edilen alt ölçeklerin çoğunun kabul edilebilir düzeyde güvenilir olduğu görülmüştür. Verilen eğitimle ilgili alt ölçekleri yordayan örgüt değişkenlerinin belirlemek için bir dizi hiyerarşik regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Bulgular, kazanılmış bilgi yeterliği algısını, sadece hizmetiçi eğitime yönelik olumlu tutumun, diğer bütün demografi k değişkenlerin ötesinde, marjinal düzeyde yordadığını göstermiştir. Ayrıca, bulgular insanların iş doyumu ve hizmetiçi eğitimin yararlılığına olan inançları arttıkça, kurum tarafından düzenlenen eğitim programlarının yararına olan inançlarının da arttığını göstermiştir.
