İlhan, Tülay
Çalışma, yerel sosyo-kültürel bağlamın Türkiye’de faaliyette bulunan uluslararası ortak girisimlerin (UOG) örgüt kültürleri üzerindeki esbiçimlilik etkilerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Burada UOG’lerin örgüt kültürleri ve yerel sosyo-kültürel bağlam hem uygulama hem de değer düzeyinde, varolan literatürden hareketle geliştirilen, ortaklaşa davranısçılık, güç mesafesi, belirsizlikten kaçınma, performansa ilişkin yönelim, zamana ilişkin yönelim ve paternalizm kültürel boyutlarında ele alınmaktadır. UOG’lerin örgüt kültürleri ile yerel sosyo-bağlam arasındaki ilişki çesitli teorik perspektiflere dayanarak geliştirilen araya giren değişkenler de göz önüne alınarak t-testi ve tobit analizleriyle test edilmiştir. Çalışmada soru kağıdı yöntemiyle Türkiye’de faaliyette bulunan UOG’lerden elde edilen birincil veriler kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, yerel sosyo-kültürel bağlamın UOG’lerin örgütsel uygulamalar düzeyinde sadece ortaklasa davranışçılık, örgütsel değerler düzeyinde ise zamana ilişkin yönelim ve paternalizm boyutları üzerinde etkili olduğunu göstermektedir.
