Bildiri kapsamında, 01.01.2019 tarihinde yürürlüğe girecek olan yeni Türkiye Bina Deprem Yönetmeliği kapsamında yer alan yüzeysel ve derin temel tasarımı ile ilgili hususlar gözden geçirilmiş, bunlara ilişkin görüşler sunularak yönetmeliğin kullanımı bir uygulama ile örneklendirilmiştir.
