Single layer graphene Hall sensors for scanning Hall probe microscopy (SHPM) in 3-300 K temperature range

Graphene micro-Hall probes were developed for a scanning Hall probe microscope system and used for the direct magnetic imaging domains of demagnetized NdFeB permanent magnet for the first time. The Hall coefficient and minimum magnetic field resolution of graphene Hall probes at 1 kHz were found to be 0.18 Omega/G and 0.20 G/root Hz for a drive current of 3 mu A at room temperature in vacuum. The magnetic domains in NdFeB demagnetized magnet were observed at 300K, 126K and 3K successfully.

This paper presents the development of a single layer microbolometer pixel fabricated using only ZnO material coated with atomic layer deposition. Due to the stress-free nature and high temperature coefficient of resistance of the ALD coated ZnO material, it can be used both as structural and active layers in microbolometer detectors. In this paper, we present the results of the study on the fabrication of inverted pyramids on n-type Si wafer by a single-step anisotropic copper-assisted chemical etching. The relationship between etchant composition, etching time and the surface morphology for n-type Si has been investigated. Different surface structures were obtained by adjusting molarity of H2O2, Cu(NO3)(2), HF in the etching solution. Two layers substrate integrated waveguide power divider

In this paper a novel two layers power divider based on Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) is proposed. It includes two layers of SIW with a slot in each layer. The electromagnetic wave is coupled from lower layer to upper layer through slot. The electrical performance including return loss and transmission characteristic are presented.
