The Purpose of this qualitative case study is to discern the issues pertaining to different dimensions of internationalization from the perspectives of both foreign and local students. Successful mentoring of TESOL teachers is a challenging job because it involves three parties (co-operating teachers, supervising teachers and student-teachers) and entails the successful interaction of each party with all the others. An additional, language-related challenge is faced by those being trained in a foreign or second language. The challenge is especially formidible in settings where the mentees have no direct contact with the target language.
