Aziridinil Fosfonik Asitlerin Sentezi, Antibakteriyel ve Antifungal Aktivitelerinin Araştırılması

Organik fosforik asit türevleri literatürde çok iyi bilinen yapılar olmakla birlikte bunların çok yakın türevi olan fosfonik asitler çok az bilinen ve çalısılmıs yapılardır. O nedenle bu proje kapsamında amacımız literatürde bilinmeyen yeni, kiral ve rasemik halde aziridinil fosfonik asit türevi bilesikleri sentezlemek, yapılarını tanımlamak (karakterize etmek) ve sonrasında da bu bilesiklerin yine literatürde ilk kez biyolojik aktivitelerini arastırmaktır. Bu amaç dogrultusunda bir seri kiral ve rasemik formunda aziridinil fosfonik asit türevi bilesikler sentezlenmistir. Bu bilesiklerin sentezi için daha önce grubumuz tarafından rapor edilmis olan Gabriel-Cromwell yöntemi kullanılarak önce aziridinil fosfonat bilesikleri elde edilmistir. Sonrasında da bu bilesiklerin monohidrolizi ile aziridinil fosfonik asit bilesikleri sentezlenmistir. Sentezlenen bilesiklerin hem antibakteriyel hem antifungal ve hem de antikanser etkilerine bakılmıstır. Antibakteriyel ve antifungal etki fazla olmamakla birlikte bazı bilesiklerin HCT-116 kolon kanseri hücrelerine karsı önemli antikanser etkisi oldugu bulunmustur.
