Relations between magnetic moments of Σ0 and Λ baryons are discussed. Physical meaning of the F- and D- couplings in SU(3) is established. The obtained results are generalized to the QCD sum rules which yield unitary pattern with the characteristic F and D structures.

Hybrid Integration of Broadband Silicon Modulators and InGaAs Photodetectors
Karaca, Utku; Gövdeli, Alperen; Kocaman, Serdar (2018-10-04)
We present on-chip integration of silicon modulators and InGaAs photodetectors via flip-chip bonding. Modulators fabricated on silicon-on-insulator (SOI) and photodetectors grown on InP wafers were fabricated independently and the hybrid integration was achieved by the deposition of indium (In) bumps on both sides.
Magnetic moments of Delta baryons in light cone QCD sum rules
Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Özpineci, Altuğ; Savcı, Mustafa (2000-10-23)
We calculate the magnetic moments of Delta baryons within the framework of QCD sum rules. A comparison of our results on the magnetic moments of the Delta baryons with the predictions of different approaches is presented.
Magnetic Moments of 70-Plet Baryons in Quark Model and QCD Sum Rules
Alıyev, Tahmasıb (2015-01-01)
Magnetic moments of the positive parity 70-plet baryons are estimated in the framework of the nonrelativistic quark model and QCD sum rules method. It is found that the magnetic moments of the 70-plet baryons can be expressed in terms of the F and D couplings and exhibit unitary symmetry. The QCD sum rules for the magnetic moments of the 70-plet octet baryons are formulated. A comparison of our results on magnetic moments of 56-plet and 70-plet baryons predicted from QCD sum rules is presented.
Electric dipole moments of charged leptons in the split fermion scenario in the two Higgs doublet model
Iltan, EO (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 2005-11-01)
We predict the charged lepton electric dipole moments in the split fermion scenario in the framework of the two Higgs doublet model. We observe that the numerical value of the muon (tau) electric dipole moment is of the order of the magnitude of 10(-22) e cm (10(-20) e cm) and there is an enhancement in the case of two extra dimensions, especially for the tau lepton electric dipole moment.
Forward-backward asymmetry of Drell-Yan lepton pairs in pp collisions at root s=8 TeV
Khachatryan, V.; et. al. (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 2016-06-01)
A measurement of the forward-backward asymmetry A(FB) of oppositely charged lepton pairs (mu mu and ee) produced via Z/gamma* boson exchange in pp collisions at root s = 8 TeV is presented. The data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 19.7 fb(-1) collected with the CMS detector at the LHC. The measurement of AFB is performed for dilepton masses between 40 GeV and 2 TeV and for dilepton rapidity up to 5. The AFB measurements as a function of dilepton mass and rapidity are compared with the stan...
