We calculated the Stokes parameters which characterize the polarization properties of the photons produced in the decay b-->s gamma g in the framework of the Standard Model (SM) and Two Higgs Doublet Model (2HDM). It is shown that the Stokes parameter xi 3, which defines the linear photon polarization with a polarization vector in the decay plane, is very sensitive to the parameters of the above-mentioned models. The predicted values of xi(3) are large enough (in some cases it achieves the maximum possible value,xi(3)-->1). We calculated the energy dependence of T- and P-odd Stokes parameter xi(1) which characterizes the linear photon polarization with polarization vector out of decay plane.

The exclusive (B)over-bar ->pi e(+)e(-) and (B)over-bar ->rho e(+)e(-) decays in the two Higgs doublet model with flavor changing neutral currents
Iltan, EO (World Scientific Pub Co Pte Lt, 1999-10-30)
We present the leading logarithmic QCD corrections to the matrix element of the decay b --> de(+)e(-) in the two Higgs doublet model with tree level flavor changing currents (model III). We continue studying the differential branching ratio and the CP-violating asymmetry for the exclusive decays B --> pi e(+)e(-) and B --> pe(+)e(-) and analysing the dependencies of these quantities on the selected model III parameters, xi(U,D), including the leading logarithmic QCD corrections. Further, we present the forw...
Mass spectra of heavy quarkonia and B-c decay constant for static scalar-vector interactions with relativistic kinematics
Ikhdair, SM; Sever, Ramazan (World Scientific Pub Co Pte Lt, 2005-11-10)
We reproduce masses of the self-conjugate and non-self-conjugate mesons in the context of the spinless Salpeter equation taking into account the relativistic kinematics and the quark spins. The hyperfine splittings for the 2S charmonium and IS bottomonium are also calculated. Further, the pseudoscalar and vector decay constants of the Be meson and the unperturbed radial wave function at the origin are also calculated. We have obtained a local equation with a complete relativistic corrections to a class of t...
B-c and heavy meson spectroscopy in the local approximation of the Schrodinger equation with relativistic kinematics
Ikhdair, SM; Sever, Ramazan (World Scientific Pub Co Pte Lt, 2005-07-10)
We present bound state masses of the self-conjugate and non-self-conjugate mesons in the context of the Schrodinger equation taking into account the relativistic kinematics and the quark spins. We apply the usual interaction by adding the spin dependent correction. The hyperfine splittings for the 2S charmonium and 1S bottomonium are calculated. The pseudoscalar and vector decay constants of the B-c meson and the unperturbed radial wave function at the origin are also calculated. We have obtained a local eq...
CORE POLARIZATION EFFECTS ON THE MAGNETIC FORM-FACTORS OF N-15 AND O-17
GOKALP, A; YILMAZ, O (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 1992-05-01)
The effects of the first- and the second-order core polarization on the elastic magnetic form factors of N-15 and O-17 are investigated using the perturbation theory based on the harmonic-oscillator shell model, in which for the matrix elements of the two-nucleon interaction the Sussex matrix elements are employed. The core polarization reduces the single-particle value of M3 part of the form factor of O-17, however the reduction of the form factor of N-15 does not lead to an improved agreement with experim...
Sensitivity of the SHiP experiment to Heavy Neutral Leptons
Ahdida, C.; et. al. (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 2019-04-01)
Heavy Neutral Leptons (HNLs) are hypothetical particles predicted by many extensions of the Standard Model. These particles can, among other things, explain the origin of neutrino masses, generate the observed matter-antimatter asymmetry in the Universe and provide a dark matter candidate.
