The spin structure of the matrix element for annihilation in flight in the process (p) over bar + p --> P + V with P = pi(0), eta, eta', and V = rho(0),omega,phi, is constructed for collinear kinematics. The expressions for all the one-spin and two-spin polarization observables are found, and the consequences for the triplet enhancement hypothesis of strange particle production in collisions are discussed.

Test of the isospin invariance using polarization effects in slow antiproton annihilation, (p)over-bar+p(n)->P+V
Yalcin, C; Rekalo, MP; Koru, H (World Scientific Pub Co Pte Lt, 1997-03-07)
The spin structure of the amplitudes for antiproton annihilation at rest, (p) over bar + N --> P + V, P = pi, eta; V = rho, omega, phi, is established. The relation between symmetry properties of strong interaction (isospin invariance and the invariance relative to charge conjugation) and the polarization effects in such reactions are derived. It is demonstrated that the simplest polarization effects in (p) over bar + N --> P + V, namely, the elements of V-meson density matrix, are sensitive to possible vio...
Polarization phenomena in open charm photoproduction processes
Tomasi-Gustafsson, E; Rekalo, MP (American Physical Society (APS), 2004-05-01)
We analyze polarization effects in the associative photoproduction of pseudoscalar ((D) over bar (c)) charmed mesons in exclusive processes gamma+N-->Y-c+(D) over bar (c), Y-c=Lambda(c)(+), Sigma(c). Circularly polarized photons induce nonzero polarization of the Y-c hyperon with x and z components (in the reaction plane) and nonvanishing asymmetries A(x) and A(z) for polarized nucleon targets. These polarization observables can be predicted in a model-independent way for the exclusive (D) over bar (c)-prod...
New hidden beauty molecules predicted by the local hidden gauge approach and heavy quark spin symmetry
Xiao, C. W.; Özpineci, Altuğ; Oset, E. (2010-06-24)
Using a coupled channel unitary approach, combining the heavy quark spin symmetry and the dynamics of the local hidden gauge, we investigate the meson-meson interaction with hidden beauty. We obtain several new states of isospin I = 0: six bound states, and weakly bound six more possible states which depend on the influence of the coupled channel effects.
Tensor form factors of B -> K-1 transition from QCD light cone sum rules
Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Savcı, Mustafa (Elsevier BV, 2011-05-30)
The tensor form factors of B into p-wave axial vector meson transition are calculated within light cone QCD sum rules method. The parametrizations of the tensor form factors based on the series expansion are presented.
Polarization phenomena for p)over-bar+p ->(Lambda)over-bar+Lambda in collinear kinematics as a test of polarized strangeness
Pak, Namık Kemal; Rekalo, MP (Elsevier BV, 1999-03-25)
Polarization effects for the process (p)over-bar + p --> (Lambda)over-bar + Lambda are studied for the collinear Lambda-production. Using the triplet channel dominance hypothesis for the (p)over-bar p-annihilation, we prove that the longitudinal polarization transfer coefficient from the initial proton to final Lambda hyperon must be positive in this kinematical regime, independently of any model. The exact value of this coefficient, however, depends on the sign of the strange quark contribution to the prot...
