Bu makale, takım çalışmalarına katılımın çalışanların işten duydukları memnuniyete ve işlerine duydukları bağlılığa olan etkisini, üretim sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir firmada araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Takım çalışmasına katılımın yanısıra, özerklik ve karmaşıklık gibi iş ile ilgili nitelikler de çalışanların tutumlarına etki eden değişkenler olarak ele alınmıştır. Regresyon analizi sonucu elde edilen sonuçlar, işteki karmaşıklığın işe bağlılıkta meydana gelen değişimin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir yüzdesini açıklarken, yalnız meslek grubu değişkeninin işten duyulan tatmini açıkladığını göstermiştir. Takım çalışmalarına katılımın ise işten duyulan memnuniyet ve işe karşı duyulan bağlılığı etkilemediği görülmüştür. Takım çalışmalarının yer aldığı sosyal ortamın da anlaşılabilmesi için, bulgular yapılan mülakatlarla birleştirilerek yorumlanmıştır.
