Yönetim Planı tarafından ortaya konan bu faaliyet, Eymir Gölü ve alanının taşıma kapasitesinin bütüncül (fiziksel, sosyal ve ekolojik boyutlar) olarak hesaplanmasını ve bu çalışma sonuçları kullanılarak kullanım-koruma dengesi çerçevesinde ziyaretçi yönetimi planlarının oluşturulmasını gerektirmektedir.
