Bu çalışmada Türkiye’deki TTO’ların orta vadeli değerlendirmesinin yapılması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu kapsamda Türkiye’deki TTO’ların çıktılarının ölçülmesine yönelik bir çerçeve oluşturulması ve bu çerçeveyi kullanarak mevcut TTO’ların etkinliklerinin ölçülmesi planlanmaktadır.
