Bireysel psikoloji (Adler yaklaşımı) temelli internet bağımlılığı önleme çalışmaları: Okullarda sosyal ilgi uygulamalarının önemi

Bireysel Psikoloji (Adler yaklaşımı), günümüzde yaygın olan sorunların tedavisi için kullanılan bir psikolojik danışmanlık yaklaşımı olmasının yanı sıra, ebeveynlik, eğitim ve toplum ruh sağlığının gelişimiyle ilgili bütüncül, hedef odaklı bir kuramdır. Bağımlılık çalışmaları için kavramsallaştırma, önleme ve tedavi amaçlı müdahalelere değinerek değerli katkılar sunmaktadır. Özellikle okul temelli önleme çalışmalarında, kuramın en önemli kavramlarından biri olan sosyal ilgi kavramı oldukça geniş bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu derleme çalışmasında, bağımlılık sorununun, sosyal ilgi kavramı doğrultusunda ele alınması amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca, alanyazındaki okul temelli sosyal ilgi çalışmaları derlenmiş, eğitimci ve okul psikolojik danışmanları tarafından uygulanabilecek müdahale yöntemleri tartışılmış; eğitim ortamında, okul psikolojik danışmanları, eğitimciler, ebeveynler ve öğrencileri kapsayacak şekilde uygulama örneklerinin artırılması ve çeşitlendirilmesine yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur.
