Background/Problem Statement: While the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in general computers and advanced calculators in particular has been increased in teaching mathematics in developed countries, the introduction of such developments into Turkish educational system are late and difficult. However, some private schools in Turkey use the same technology, and for developing an appropriate policy and having the benefits for Turkey the applications in these schools should be followed to find out the difficulties and effects.
