Bu çalışma ile FATİH Projesi ’nin (Fırsatları Artırma ve Teknolojiyi İyileştirme Hareketi), Proje Yönetim Döngüsü ölçütleri çerçevesinde değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, FATİH Projesi için MEB tarafından oluşturulan web sayfası, ilgili araştırmalar ve çalıştay raporları incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulardan, FATİH Projesi’nin proje geliştirme mantığına göre tasarlanmadığı ve bu biçimi ile eğitim sistemi ile bütünleştirilemeyeceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
